Bharati Shah

A self-learnt prolific painter, Bharati Shah has been painting since over two decades. She likes to experiment with various forms of painting, like she does with cooking as well. Along with a B.A. (Economics and Commerce) and a Diploma in Dangerous Goods Regulations Act as well as in Human Resource Management, she is also pro at gardening. A multi-lingual, with a creative mind to showcase her works; she has participated in solo and group exhibitions nationally and internationally. Her amazing works in oils, watercolours, acrylic, I-Pad, glass, wood, etc. bring out the best in many homes and government offices in India, USA, Germany, United Kingdom and Australia.

Bharati has found occasion for her solo shows with ardor at Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Chennai and Bengaluru, besides the MSU’s Faculty of Art, Vadodara. Her participation in group shows has taken her works to places as far and wide as Chicago and London to Bangkok and Bhutan. The catalogue of The Metamorphosis, informs this one had traveled to Hyderabad in March 2020 and has been shown at All India Fine Arts and Crafts Society (AIFACS), New Delhi in 2021.

She lives and works in Ahmedabad.
