An original work on canvas by Bharti Prajapati.

She has derived the essence of her painting from a doha by Kabir.
With a fast and competitive lifestyle, it's indeed a soul soothing experience to absorb some wise words from a great saint, philosopher and guide.

Ja kaaran jag dhundiya,
so toh hriday maahi.
Paardah kiya bharam ka,
tohe sujhe naahi.

We travel to distant places, visit temples and shrines,
the curtain of illusion we create within is, is our own making.
If only we realize this and introspect,
we will find all the answers within.
Most of the time our questions have answers within us,
we have the ability to find the happiness and peace in ourselves.
Just as trying to catch a butterfly is futile, but by being calm and
Patient the butterfly will freely come to you.

The above doha is to be read and understood in its essence,
Its about our quest in search of peace and happiness.
