An original work on canvas by Bharti Prajapati.

She has derived the essence of her painting from a doha by Kabir.
With a fast and competitive lifestyle, it's indeed a soul soothing experience to absorb some wise words from a great saint, philosopher and guide.

Jeti leher samudra ki, teti mann ki dore.
Sahejai hira nipje, jo mann aave thore.

Just as the waves in the ocean are incessant,
similarly our mind churns waves of never-ending thoughts.
Just as pearls can be found in calm water,
wisdom like pearls will emerge from a calm and controlled mind.
The mind is in a constant state of conflict and turmoil,
never ending thoughts overlap and continue to keep us occupied.
To calm the mind and be in a state of mindful thinking,
one needs to live in the present with a conscious mind.
