Hailing from Ahmedabad, she has maintained close ties with this city, and connects to it on a personal level, and considers a huge part of her identity. Here, the little girl is Jigna herself and her shadow falling on the “heart” on the wall, it is also the root for the tree growing on the wall, it has impressions of the Sidi Saiyyed carvings, which is a classic example to depict Ahmedabad. On the left wall, is a picture of her father, whom she remembers, and considers a big part of her identity, and holds a special place in her heart.
