
Born in 1980, Chitradurga, Karnataka is an Indian contemporary artist and printmaker based in Vadodara, Gujarat. He completed a Post Diploma in Printmaking from Kala Bhavan, Visva Bharati University in 2008.
His practice has been presented in notable group exhibitions including Lineage as Language at Rukshaan Art (2025), Ecriture at Kamalanayan Bajaj Hall (2025), and 1×1×9, Vis-à-Vis: The Art Therapy at MS University Exhibition Hall (2023). He has participated in the Space Studio Winter Residency (2020–2023) in Vadodara and taken part in national painting camps and mural projects, including initiatives by the Karnataka Lalita Kala Academy.
A recipient of major recognitions such as the Pollock-Krasner Foundation Grant (2024), the 54th National Award from the Lalit Kala Akademi (2012), and a Junior Fellowship from the Ministry of Culture, Government of India (2011–2012). His career reflects sustained engagement with drawing and printmaking through exhibitions, residencies, and institutional support at the national and international levels.
