
Born in 1989 in Mumbai, is a contemporary artist whose practice is deeply rooted in personal narratives, particularly the emotional terrain of childhood memories and human relationships. She holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA), along with a Diploma in Art Education (Dip. A. Ed.) and a G.D. Art qualification. Her work centers on themes of family, friendship, motherhood, and self-identity, drawing extensively from her own lived experiences. Through intimate portrayals of everyday moments, she explores bonds such as sibling relationships, maternal connections, and companionship, with a recurring motif of imagined sisterhood that reflects a personal longing translated into visual storytelling. Ghule’s paintings are marked by their simplicity and emotional resonance, often featuring minimally embellished figures that emphasize purity, authenticity, and connection. Over time, her practice has evolved from focusing on childhood and sibling dynamics to incorporating her experiences of motherhood, capturing the nuanced and evolving relationship between parent and child. Her soft compositions and relatable imagery evoke a sense of nostalgia and warmth, encouraging viewers to reconnect with their own memories and emotional ties. She has exhibited widely across prominent art spaces in India, with solo shows at venues such as Jehangir Art Gallery in Mumbai, Nehru Centre Art Gallery, Vesvar Art Gallery in Pune, and presentations at the Mumbai Art Fair, along with participation in multiple editions of the India Art Fair across Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore. In addition, she has been part of numerous group exhibitions at galleries including Cymroza Art Gallery, Jehangir Art Gallery, Art Houz in Chennai and Bangalore, and Kalakriti Art Gallery in Hyderabad, as well as international platforms such as Oslo. Her achievements include receiving the Bendre-Husain Scholarship from the Bombay Art Society in 2023, winning the Best Entry Award at Badlapur Art Gallery in 2020, and earning multiple awards for graphic art from institutions such as Nashik Kala Niketan and Thane School of Art.
