Vinod Daroz

A leading contemporary ceramic sculptor whose practice bridges material rigor with spiritual inquiry. Trained in Sculpture and Ceramic Sculpture at the Faculty of Fine Arts, M.S. University, Baroda, he further developed his practice through international exposure, including working with British potters Peter Illsley and Sandy Brown under the Charles Wallace India Trust Award. Vinod is a member of the International Academy of Ceramics, Geneva, and the International Ceramic Artists Association, China.

His solo exhibitions include Aikyam/Oneness, Silent Shloka, Garden of Eden, Papillon, and numerous presentations across India and China. He has participated extensively in international group exhibitions, biennales, residencies, and workshops across Asia, Europe, and the UK. A recipient of several prestigious awards, including the Shanghai International Wood-fired Ceramics Bronze Award, Harmony judges special award, the Charles Wallace India Trust Award, and multiple AIFACS honors, his works are represented in major public museums and institutional collections worldwide, reflecting a sustained engagement with clay, ritual, and contemporary form.
