Vishwa Patel

Artist working in the mediums of printmaking and painting. She graduated with a Post Diploma in Visual Arts (Graphic Arts) from the Faculty of Fine Arts at The MSU, Baroda and holds a Diploma in Fine Arts (Drawing & Painting) from B.A. Mehta Kala Mahavidyalaya (2018). She further pursued an A.T.D. course from B.A. Mehta Kala Mahavidyalaya in 2019.

Over the past few years, she has participated in several exhibitions and shows, including Beyond the Horizon, a group exhibition at Hi 10 Gallery, Vadodara (2023), and the Final Annual Degree Show (2023) at the Graphic Arts Department, Faculty of Fine Arts, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. She also exhibited at Kala Pratishthan in 2017.

She was awarded Second Prize for Best Class Work at the Annual Art Exhibition at B.A. Mehta Kala Mahavidyalaya (2017–2018). She participated in art camps organized by Lalit Kala Academy, Gujarat (2017, 2018, 2019), the Reserve Bank of India (2016), and the International Stone Research Centre (2016). She is the recipient of the Jayrup Award (2013–2014) and won First Prize at the Annual Art Exhibition (2013–2014).

Artist lives and works in Baroda.
